eParking is a web platform that modernizes the management of parking permit requests for the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO//FR). It replaces a manual, paper-based process that was prone to errors, offering a secure and efficient digital solution.

The platform features an interactive form with automatic validation to minimize errors and secure authentication via a custom-developed Authentication Gateway (utilizing Microsoft MFA). It ensures secure document storage for attachments like vehicle registration copies.

Administrators utilize a comprehensive interface for request management, data export, and automated notifications. Built with Node.js, Express.js, Vue.js, and MySQL, the solution optimizes the entire process, reducing processing time and administrative workload.
